If an order is placed that contains Saltwater Items (Saltwater Fish, Corals, Live Rock, and/or Invertebrates) with Dry Goods, Frozen Foods, or Live Plants, the order will be split into separate orders and you will be charged separate shipping rates for each order.

Substitutions 
Anythging Saltwater makes every effort possible to ship your order complete. Due to seasonal availability, daily health inspections and other considerations, animals are sometimes unavailable for shipment. If the situation arises, Anythging Saltwater will ship 75% of the value of your order, canceling the out of stock animals or giving you a store credit for the animals, depending on the availability of the animals. Anythging Saltwater may also substitute the unavailable animal with different size or may substitute with a parallel equivalent product. A request for No Substitutions, Fill Complete, and/or a Substitution List may be requested when ordering. This may result in a shipping delay.

Backorders 
Anythging Saltwater is able to backorder any Live, Dry Goods, Frozen Foods, or Live Plants items. We apologize for any inconvenience that backorders may cause.

Live Items are shipped DHL Next Day for Tuesday - Friday deliveries. Delivery is only available within the 48 contiguous states. Priority Shipping ensures delivery by 10:30 or by Noon, depending on delivery area where available. Shipping to a business address is the most reliable means of timely delivery. Please include the company name and attention: “your name” when having your package delivered to a business.

Live Items including live rock are also shipped via Delta airlins at your requist you will have to pay for shipping when you receve your Items at Delta.
